NOTE: If you previously registered for Pre-K or Kindergarten in the Spring, DO NOT re-enroll!

If you are moving up to the next school within your feeder pattern, for example, Bedington Elementary to Potomack Intermediate, DO NOT re-enroll!
To complete this enrollment, there are several documents you will need to either upload, email, or take to the school to be copied. Your enrollment is not considered complete without these documents. Please have these documents handy for uploading prior to beginning this form.

Families may list up to 3 preferred sites for their child's placement. While we do our best to honor these preferences, placement isn't guaranteed and we must follow our established process to determine priority.

Pre-K Required Documents
In order to register for Pre-K, you MUST upload or provide the following documentation for you student. If these items are not received, either by upload, emailed, or in person, your child will NOT be enrolled in a Pre-K class.
- State-Issued Birth Certificate (if your student does not have a state-issued birth certificate, please complete an Affidavit in Lieu of Birth Certificate).
- Birth Certificate Affidavit (if applicable)
- Current Immunization Records
- Current Well-Child Physical Form (dated within 1 year)
- Current Dental Exam (dated within 1 year)

Childcare

We collaborate with certain childcare centers to provide universal Pre-K. Wrap around care (before/after Pre-K) and days Pre-K is not in session, childcare services are offered. These services are billed separately to the families from the childcare centers.

Nonresident Transfer Request
